Health and Well Being
Good Homes Alliance guidance on overheating in homes (with Inkling LLP). The version for new homes was published in 2020 and is freely available. It was adopted by the GLA in the London Plan.
In 2022, we followed this with a Good Homes Alliance guidance and tool for overheating in existing homes and retrofits. This is also freely available. Do get in touch if you have any question or feedback.
